Scratching whatever is closest to you when you are sleepy continuously

Rolling off everything you are put on
Having air blown on your face (weird)
Having mummy or daddy play games with you
Playing with chip wrappers
Clawing skin (mummy has many scratches now)
Grabbing whatever you can get your hands on and then dropping it
Squealing so so so high pitched!
Playing with the water that comes out of taps
Being Outside
Being sung to and singing back
Being tickled
Sleeping on your tummy (which was pretty scary at first!)
Going for walks

Having your piture taken

Watching videos of yourself

Going for drives

Playing with paper


 

A Few of your Not-So-Favourite Things:

Being put in your crib

Rolling on our hardwood floors

Having toys either being taken from you or being out of your reach

Being ignored

Nap time (you have started fighting it)

Still being held by strangers

Being told off

 

 

New Tricks:

Loving whatever solids we give you

You can walk with help now!

Sitting up
Rolling over from back to tummy and tummy to back
And now you're rolling everywhere!
Experimenting with constenants (can now say ba and ma)
Scooting backwards

Know your name when other people say it




I guess getting paper is way more exciting than turning 6 months

Being adored by strangers
Being showered or bathed
Tooting loudly in public (or private. wherever.)
Watching brightly colored tv shows
Biting on fingers
Feeling daddy's whiskers
Dribbling obscene amounts of drool over everything and everybody
Being Outside
People singing
Dancing around the house
Pulling mum's and dad's noses, lips, ears, anything you can reach!
Going for walks
Rubbing your eyes with blankets when sleepy
Playing with your toes
All your little boyfriends
Being complimented (she knows!)
Watching ceiling fans spin
Being read to

Still tummy time!
Being left alone in a room
Being put down

Learning the art of the spoon
Sitting in a high chair
Rolled over (finally!) from tummy to back
Tripoding by yourself
Giggling!
Eating more solids like banana and avocado
Discovering her voice (squawking and squeeling)

Tummy Time

Having your headband fall in your eyes

Being held 'the wrong way'

Not being able to see what's going on around you

Making vowel noises (ahh, oohh, eee, uuh)

Can definitely tell mummy and daddy apart from other people

Babbling back when we talk to you

Using controlled movements to bat and grab at toys

Eating a few different things like yogurt and mashed potatoes
